Under the Pro Plan, you access Zingsourcing’s extensive supplier network for direct purchasing, backed by our guarantee of product quality and compensation for any quality discrepancies. The Basic Plan allows you to leverage your own supplier resources, with ZingSourcing mediating any quality disputes; however, any resultant losses are shared between you and your supplier.
Absolutely, this is possible. For diverse product sourcing needs, opt for a Basic Plan for items procured through your suppliers, and a Pro Plan for purchases from Zingsourcing’s supplier network.
Under the Basic Plan, our service fee is 5% of the product’s value, with a minimum fee of $100 applied if the total is less than that.
For both Basic and Pro Plans, multiple products can be included in a single order if each item’s average purchase value is over $500. Should any product not meet this $500 threshold, a handling fee of $25 per item will apply.
Note that packaging and accessories are exempt from this charge. As an example, in a $3200 order, you can acquire 1 to 6 different products without additional fees. Beyond this, a handling fee applies from the 7th product onwards in the same order
While we typically don’t reveal supplier information, we are fully committed to helping our clients with on-site factory inspections.
Standardly, we conduct complimentary quality checks based on AQL 2.5 standards, applicable even if the cargo underwent factory rework due to prior quality concerns. For more rigorous inspections, either at a higher ratio or individually, we provide this service for an additional fee, with pricing provided upon request.”
Photography begins at a cost of $3 per photo. For Pro Plan subscribers, we offer three complimentary white background photos for each product ordered above the $500 mark.
